Picking The Song (OLD)

 The following song choices were considered for our music video:


1."Beautiful People" by Ed Sheeran(featuring Khalid) :  reflects the superficial and materialistic lifestyle often associated with fame and high society. The song tells the story of two outsiders who find themselves in a world of wealth, glamour, and excess but realize that it doesn’t align with who they are.This song required a whole set of different locations to be shoot so we were kind of not sure on this one.


2.Bridgerton" Season 3, the song "Give Me Everything" by Pitbull : covered by Archer Marsh, plays during the pivotal carriage scene in Episode 4, where Colin and Penelope confess their feelings and share a kiss. This song speaks to your own journey of courage, love, or taking chances. So I pursued the idea of this song so we can show our deep understanding about love and show that in our music video generate with love. However it has to be shot in different locations to capture beautiful moments.



3. Shaayad - Taba Chake: This song has a rich, atmospheric quality that naturally lends itself to a nature-inspired setting. The video will likely feature just one or two actors, allowing for a more intimate and visually compelling narrative. This is our chosen concept for the music video promotion package.

We found this approach to be more practical than designing a set to match the first two songs. So we choose this song.

CCR ESSAY

 Creative critical reflection: Candidates must write an evaluative essay of around 1000–1500 words. This critical reflection of their work should be guided by the following compulsory questions: • How do your products represent social groups or issues? • How do the elements of your production work together to create a sense of ‘branding’? • How do your products engage with the audience? • How did your research inform your products and the way they use or challenge conventions? My music video illustrates the subject of a young teen facing the education System and the issue of dealing with stress and with deadlines , it follows an artist who struggles with her work and procrastinates. She takes headache pills, at the end of the Music video she starts working but ends up burning herself out immediately. As we talked about or  represented youth in our music video.
